MBE 2012: Bridging is a fraud hotspot
Brokers have been accused of pushing surveyors to overvalue properties to get a bigger bridging loan. Speaking at Manchester Mortgage Business Expo John Malone, executive chairman of PMS, said bridging was a hotspot for fraud of this kind.
